Free Yoga and Volunteer Opportunity in partnership with 4DWN food rescue.
Yoga means union in sanskrit. Lets not only integrate the body and mind, but the individual to the community. Join me for yoga in the heart of Dallas. Afterward, you may choose to package food to be distributed to community members in need.
